Seems Pretty factual to me.

The Mulford Act was a 1967 California bill that repealed a law allowing public carrying of loaded firearms. Named after Republican assemblyman Don Mulford, and signed into law by then governor of California, Ronald Reagan, the bill was crafted in response to members of the Black Panther Party who were lawfully conducting armed patrols of Oakland neighborhoods, in what would later be termed copwatching.[1] They garnered national attention after Black Panthers members, bearing arms, marched upon the California State Capitol to protest the bill.

Yeah , not seeing how Republican and NRA got tarred with one guys brush , Democrats have a history of unsuccessful gun laws too and they are much more recent.

Oh that's OK then. I mean you don't just wake up one day and start rioting. Someone something flipped their switches. It all makes sense now. Nobody did anything wrong, it's just flipped switches. Glad we sorted that out!

Her reason doesn't really matter if she still did it. Just like those protesters had no reason to loot like they did. They all think they're justified to do what they did, it doesn't matter, they're all still criminals.

Unless it was in self defense, certainly didn't look like it. I may be wrong on that though.

So all these years and the Democrat stronghold of California hasn't repealed or fought the law ?
Seems to me that Democrats want the act to stay , so Democrats haven't changed.

I was just pointing out the myth that California gun laws are because of the Liberals is incorrect.
