That guy is gonna sue and CNN will possibly fund his case just for the lols.
 
See what these cops don't understand about crying wolf and saying they felt threatened and had to use deadly force, is that when it actually happens (like in the photo below), they can do bugger all.

If I was the cop below, I would kill this woman in self defence as she is assaulting me with a deadly weapon (her coronavirus mouth). Now he just has to clench his butt cheeks and stand still. They have nobody to blame but their colleagues.

This is also what I'm finding so ghastly about this whole ordeal. He probably didn't even realize it. It's not like he bolted. They were still parked there across the road from the store. One would think if he was up to no good they wouldn't have stuck around.
