I have called them out a few times, mainly because violence begets more violence.

If people who identify as Antifa are stoking this, then this order by Trump may help in calming this whole story down.

These protests are way out of hand. Something needs to happen.

This all will get Trump elected in November. Covid-19 and his failings there are now a distant memory.

If you start blocking roads etc your protest is thus proclaiming that ordinary people are responsible for said injustice.

Kapernick's publicity stunt implied that everyone who watches football somehow supports police brutality.

Alternatively protests target the people most in the position to make a decisions about meaningful change in government by influencing votes that are cast for Sheriff departments, DA's and governors taking into account candidates that have an interest in tackling police brutality.

Nowhere did I get the impression that Kapaernick was saying everyone supported police brutality, what he was doing was drawing attention to an ongoing problem in front of a massive TV audience.
