I believe in an individual approach when measuring society and that the mind set of; this group of people are black and that group of people are white is damaging to society as a whole.
Separating people into containers based on their skin colour is racism.
Your problem is that cops kill too many black people is flawed to such an extent that when a murderous cop kills a black person the city needs to burn. But we forget about the bad murders done black on black, white on white, white on black etc…
No nothing will get done if BLM and other radical left wing activists murder, loot and destroy infrastructure as a response. Nothing will get done when a statement is made only for a particular race based on collectivism ideology.

Now read this slowly. The military are trained to deal with riots. They will be deployed with orders to follow their riot training. This is to control the riot, and not shoot people. They will use the deterrents we have just spoken about. You really need to stop being so hysterical and taking the worst meaning out of something.
It is possible to dominate by showing a strong reaction. Disperse the crowd. Arrest those breaking the law. There is strength in enforcing laws. If a protest becomes a riot, the participants need to disperse. It's simple. Otherwise the right to assemble needs to be limited.

Anyway,
In my opinion, the cop was wrong. I also think Trump has the right to try and stop anyone burning / looting. Would be nice if our government tried to protect private (cars from stones and bricks) and public (schools etc) property.
If you are a peaceful protestor and you find yourself within a malicious mob, best to get out of there then unless you want to be associated with that kind of person.
