If you side with individualism, then the notion that you can judge people by their group identity is incorrect. Which means that using terms like Black Lives Matter, White privilage is not permissible.

If you side with communitarianism , then the notion that you can judge people based on their group is correct. Which allows you to easily use terms like Black lives Matter, White privilage etc.
