Hi all
So a few of my friends have been going on for years about their George Foreman grills. I know in their case it is not because it cooks exceptionally well, but mainly out of ease and simplicity for 1 or 2 young people, and it gives the ability to eat healthier for instance by cooking veg with meat on one device that channels the fat away, is quick to clean up, fewer take-outs, etc.
As much as I am sceptical about TV products, I decided to get the newer Grill and Griddle version, on the advice of a mate in the UK. R799 - quite pricey considering it's about 40 quid on Amazon at the moment.
I had a look at it at Makro. Build quality is pretty good and the non stick finishing on the grill/griddle is good. Only some of the finishings are a bit plasticy, but this wouldn't affect the outcome of the food.
Anyone got one? Please share tips/advice.
I am good at cooking meat, but how long should some WW thick-ish chicken breasts go for?
Thanks!
