I'm looking for some cheaper occasional or arm chairs in the lounge. Saw these on Takealot and was wondering if anyone else bought some of their furniture.

tbh have a look at FB market place if possible often get great furniture steals there.

Incanda also have some great sales from time to time and you might be able to snag on there

Those arms don't look like they provide any support and that price...

Just me, but I would never buy furniture at Takealot. I would always want to see a sample in person.

I have made some blind purchases online for one or two things but did research before and you can generally tell by the price what you're getting. Good furniture just won't be cheap.

We had a couch set from them (a 2 seater and a single seater). It was quite cheap looking and not very comfortable. We had it for a bit and sold it to get something decent. Not worth it in my opinion. Very Mr Price Home.

Edit: the colour was also off from the pictures.

That's cheap. Prices start from R8000 from "any furniture" store
