Has anybody taken this multivitamin? The doctor prescribed it and I thought he was just recommending a normal multivitamin but it turns out you can't get this without a prescription. Chemist said it's cause it contains a stimulant. Ginseng is a stimulant?

I don't think it's the ginseng, but the Deanol that requires a prescription in Gericomplex.

Got some sitting in my draw next to me right now, took it twice, it's ****. Didn't give me a boost or anything - don't see why you need the prescription for it because I don't think it does anything at all.

hmmm, starting on it today. Will see if it has any effect. But will finish the months supply anyway. Cost too much to just not take it.

Well got it from medical aid for free. The doc said it should give me a boost to keep me going the whole day as I was complaining if feeling tired at work. Think it's because I'm bored more than anything, but, I still feel tired and drowsy whether I take it or not.

I'm just nauseous now Whole day already.
But I seem to concentrate more...but that could be due to the fact that I have a report due and cant slack LOL

You are supposed to have a decent sized breakfast and then take them otherwise you apparently get sick.

been taking it on and off for the last 4 years, its the only multivitamin that works for me, only thing that's putting me off it lately is the price. other than that I think its a really good multivitamin
