Getting 39kb's on a 512 Connection MAX...

Just wanted to know if anyone else is experiencing this.

I have a 512 wireless connection and always got 56 - 60 kb/s but for the last two weeks im stuck on 39.5 kb/s.

I checked my ISP and they told me there's no restrictions on my line. I believe them because I can download @ 60kb/s from their site.

Apparantly it's happening with most people (according to the technical guy)

Do you guys also have this prob?
