Getting ADSL setup at home

Hey all,

I recently moved to a new place and I am trying to get an ADSL line setup.

I am trying to get a phone line setup, but I don't have the time to go to a Telkom Shop.

I PM'd TelkomZA, but got no replies. Is there any way I can do this online?

Use the Chat functionality on the Telkom website. You may wait a few minutes to connect. I have had the best success with this.
Or phone 1023 and watch a movie while you wait.

Why not try their Twitter/Facebook page, I did that once with Dstv & it worked perfectly.

So I managed to get an order through to get the phone line setup up, but they said it will take 7-21 Business days...

Is there any way this process can go faster? Life with no internet at home is kinda depressing lol.
