Hi there.

For some reason I'm included in the emails for a ticket that belongs to someone else. I've replied to this ticket saying that it's sent to me in error but I keep getting them. The latest email includes a recon of the other guy's account.

The ticket is:
[#IOB-297-66145]

Dammit Thor, stop screwing with the accounts!?

@Afrigenie, @Afriman.

I contacted the client now and told him that Afrihost added me by accident and that he shouldn't CC me too. And that he please ask Afrihost to stopp CCing me with his personal ticket info.

That's a strange one... I've removed your email address as a CC and updated the ticket. If it happens again, please let me know!

I had a thread about this earlier the year full account details send to me.

Of course I was ridiculed on here for pointing out the errors of a sponsor.

UrBaN, I don't remember that happening. Of course it could have been the languqge and mannerism you used

Eish AfriGenie

One of your support people just sent an email to the client, specifically mentioning the client and telling him that she is sorry that he has been receiving the emails. And cc'd me.

I'm worried that your support staff is overworked or something and not thinking straight.

:(

I'm so sorry about that! I've asked our Team to make sure that do not include you!
