Hey everyone.

What's the fastest/easiest way to register a small private company?

buy a preregistered cc and just change the directorship . they call them shelf companies

If you are willing to be known as e.g. True Blue 243312 (Pty) Ltd t/a Your Company Name

Otherwise go straight through the registrar - Cipro (Now known as Cipc) ...

First step is to reserve a name.. can be done on website @ http://www.cipc.co.za/ and costs R80... once reserved - the actual company reg is about R180..

CC =/ company.

Easiest is to buy one from shelf company warehouse, change directorships and name.

And be stuck with their dodgy history? No ways. I'd rather register one from scratch.

www.factcorp.co.za Hands down the best and quickest way to get everything done for you. Name was reserved in 24 hours, and had my CK documents 2 weeks later. Outstanding work by those guys.

I am still waiting for my details on a shelf company to be changed, that was 6 weeks ago. And this was done personally, so I know there was no one that was slacking.

Rather start fresh and get a (Pty) Ltd, a lot less hassles.
