gfx card issue... ? sigh

right, so my card is running at 725mhz during load according to GPU-z :wtf:

I just happened to look at my other screen while I was playing skyrim now and say 725

default clock is 810, and I have OC set to 910

I actually do. I seem to be having some issues with CCC and MSI-A conflicting these days... Its annoying.

I havent changed anything really, just upgraded my drivers a while back.

At the moment I got my OC through CCC and my custom fan profile through MSI-A. Its a bit of a mess at the moment
