Ghee, unless I'm mistaken, is just clarified butter so just make it yourself.

Indian okes, as well as those from other persuasions that are gheesperts.. where do you buy your ghee from?
From cows, not interested in the veggie stuff, but is this..

You have to skim the solid bits off. Its basically the oil part of butter.

That's not a bad price for WW.
I think that I paid around 260 for a 1.5l tub of reputable brand ghee at Aandal Foods around 1 month ago. There were cheaper options available too.

The great thing about ghee is that one can store it for just about forever, it does not go rancid quickly, so buying large quantities doesn't bother me at all.
