Hi guys, I have just run into an issue where I keep receiving calls from odd numbers on my house VoIP phone, numbers like 1004 and 201, if I answer there is silence on the other end, these calls happen at very odd hours, a bit of reading up seems to suggest IP scanning and all kinds of hacking. Anyone possibly give me some assistance and more peace of mind? If it's of any use I have a yealink W52.
Edit: I cannot access my router through the router address since this began

When you say you cannot access your router - is the user/pass rejected?
if so - i suggest you factory reset your router and setup from scratch.

there should be no port forwarding setup either so port scanning should not cause "ghost calls"
Contact your VOIP provider in the morning to be sure and ask them to look at the logs and see where the calls came from.
(if nothing on their logs it will be local but likely they will see call attempts on their side and might even be able to block the source)

have you tried https://192.168.0.1 ?

I suggest unplugging your voip phone until the morning so you can get some sleep.
Then ask VOIP provider to check logs which will confirm if it is local or not.
Either way you will want to regain access to your router. What make/model router is it?

Most routers have a little hole at the back. Use a paper clip or pin to reset it.

Make sure you have the user details and settings on hand before doing that...

Connect with a Lan cable first and see if it work.

I have had this issue before.
Traced it to crap firmware on a NETGEAR Wifi-to-Ethernet adapter.
It was transmitting rubbish packets that the phone would occasionally mistake for SIP packets
Removed the NETGEAR, problem never seen again

99% of the time it is a NATTing issue on the router.

When someone does a port scan on your IP, your phone would ring.

Ok I flashed the yealink firmware, and now getting calls from 100, router has latest firmware, I managed to access the router, I reset, quieter but still happening
