It's pretty damn expensive. It uses paypal and isn't a paypal accredited site, so PayPal won't give you your money back if they screw you over.
A very important thing to look at is whether you get shared or dedicated lines.... 1Gbps shared is 1000000x slower than a dedicated 1Gbps line.

Not sure if that particular site is legit, but companies like OVH/Kimsufi have been offering these services for ages now
