Gigabyte and Intel Core 2 Duo Comments

Hi, i am looking at spoiling myself with a new machine.
does anyone have any comments on the Gigabyte GA-965G-DS3 motherboard with a Intel Core 2 Duo E6300 or E6400.

As i am getting a little lost.

im not to sure about the mobo( as in i don't know how it perfoms) but if i were you... i would get the E6400... if you have the urg to get more performance you can overclock from 2.13 to 2.8 with the stock cooling system and it will be stable... and if you do oc it to 2.8 it will poo on any thing that amd can throw at it... so at give or take R2000 for a cpu with will kill any amd's when overclocked i rate you my be in for a good buy... im actually going to get one as soon as a cheap sli mobo comes out... and i rate it will change the way i look at games coz im using a amd 3200+ which is good but... just doesn't have enough juice to really have fun. it also bottle necks my graphics card, which aint a monster but it would run better with a faster/dual core cpu... so my advise is to wait another month so that more boards comes out with more atractive prices. and even the cpu prices will come down buy quite a bit aas soon as the demand does down and we get steddy shipments of them!
