Gijima defies tough climate

If one does not spend money to grow the skills, how can one expect the growth?!!

Show me the company that wants to grow their people professionally....They all say they want skills but :
1) are not prepared to pay for it
2) are not prepared to put time in growing internally as this will ultimatly lead to
a) having to pay more for the skill
b) louse the skill they have trained as someone else willing to open the kitty and take advantage

Gijima are the same crowd that got the dicey R4 billion Home Affairs (original tender about R1.5 billion if I remember correctly) tender so I am not supprised that their revenue grew. Everyone can do the same with a little help from their friends.

Didn't they also quote and receive the tender for the R3m overhaul of the IEB website which had that stupid javascript browser checker? Which most people on here would've done for free or for less than R100k professionally?
