I've got it. Basically, don't eat junk food when you're stressing.. Not that difficult to live with. Feel free to drop a PM if you want to chat.
I've been feeling quite stressed the last week or so. I dont think I have been getting enough sleep as well. I ate take-away for lunch on tuesday and wednesday, thursday I was feeling quite off... Friday morning I was flat on my back until Tuesday morning (had to go into work).
I dont eat a lot of junk food at all, I usually eat healthy, and I play squash at least twice a week.
Thanks for the tips on the pills, gonna go pick some up asap. I dont drink, so that helps a lot I think
I'm guessing the food you had was some greasy stuff? Or perhaps mcd's which seem to be worse. But, eat healthy and take the pills when you know you have a rough week, and you'll be fine.
yeah, I had deep fried chicken strips with chips (chilli mayo on the side) the one day, and kfc zinger burger with chips on the side. I think that was my downfall which put me flat on my back for the last couple of days. Friday and Saturday I could barely move, I was dead weight. Im only starting to feel human today, 6 days later. I've lost about 4kgs :erm:
I just went down to clicks and got some of those tabs and drops, thanks for that tip.
MCD's?
Might just be my own experience, but for some reason, their food affects me more than other places.
just been down and out with this again... sigh
i picked up food poisoning, and that passed 48 hours then the GS kicked in BIG TIME
taking piils, drops the works. im a yellow like a lemon
Protected to what degree? Some benefits for us having Gilbert syndrome.
https://www.journal-of-hepatology.eu/article/S0168-8278(23)00421-X/fulltext
Due to the potent antioxidant and hormone-like effects of bilirubin, individuals with Gilbert's syndrome are protected from the “diseases of civilisation” such as cardiovascular diseases, certain cancers, and autoimmune or neurodegenerative diseases.
That is the million dollar question. Therefore the reason I added the research paper. It isn’t clear how much, but the research shows it is above the people that don’t have it. So it doesn’t mean you won’t get it. Just the chances is lower.Protected to what degree?
