Gillette Mach 3 Blades

That's a good buy. I get 2x for R60 at the local informal market.
 
Paid the R500 two weeks ago. Come home and find a full set of 4 in my drawer (part of this same 16 pack they had for R300 around March 2017) - I could have held off because I sometimes get a R100 birthday voucher that I have never been able to spend.

Do you know if these were manufactured for the Indian market? Saw on amazon once a similar offer and someone mentioned the Indian market.
 
I buy the 6 pack Gillete III disposables for R100 on special at PnP regularly...why would you spend R500 for 16?!!!!

Also, Gillette III not same as Gillette Mach 3 - Mach 3 is abbreviation for Macho.

I completely hate this thing. Did the circular movements as well. Don't know where to get replacement blades or whatever is in those circular things. I now use it to trim the bush rather and rely on my Wahl clipper to trim my beard, or clean shave with my Gilette blades.

Tis exactly the same quality blades...just ones are disposable and others are to fit razorblade holder.
Marketing hype and naming same product differently...

And P.S speak for yourself re affordability...mine is about intelligent buying. :cool:

Must actually get me another one because it's so cheap.

EDIT: You can sharpen the blades using Brasso aswell. Saw a video on Youtube but haven't done it myself yet.
 
OneDayOnly has Mach3 blades on today for a good price, just sayin'.

Me neither. I don’t have a very strong beard but feel grubby after using Phillips Rotary, especially when it’s humid. Threw mine out years ago.

How long does the disposables last for you? I haven't tried those, but the Mach 3 I change every 6-8 weeks. Under 80c a day at 16/R500.
