Girlfriend pregnant while using the injection contraceptive method

As a father of 2, I don't want another one but by all means it's not going to stop our sex life so effective contraception is needed. There are a number of options but was under impression this is one of the safest too?

Injection is unreliable. Safest method is to come on her tits or her ass depending on position.

Sorry to say but someone ****ed up and is now lying about it. The injection method, to get an injection, they have to do a pregnancy test first before injecting. So either she lied about getting it, or the clinic had no f-ing clue on how to administer it. Sue the clinic

Look its not reliable as not cumming inside her, but it is more reliable than the Pill because you can't "forget" to take the injection.

But yeah, as envo says, perhaps a little suspicious. Or maybe you didn't wait enough before shooting your baby batter inside her.

I don't think it's irresponsible either, my wife and I were at it when we were even younger and it didn't feel irresponsible, ever. It's all about how you handle it. It's no worse than people in their 40's having an unplanned child. Age isn't a factor.
