Hi all,

So they broke into my car last night by smashing the window.
Most of the glass has been taken out obviously but now when I turn on the A/C or whatever to full blast, I can hear the glass bouncing around.
Anyway to remove it?
It's a 2012 Polo Vivo

Thanks!

Remove the vent ducts/pipes that feed the air, should not be to hard.

Yip. Just remove half the drive train to get to the spare wheel. Auto manufacturers have a way of making things difficult to reach...

Is this your new/used car?

And you have only had the car a few days. Wow, so sorry to hear this :(

Ja, I agree. I had to have an aircon temp sensor replaced on a 2005 polo. Had to remove the entire dash board to replace a R100 part.

Length of tube (like that sold by petshops for your fishtank) down the vent and other end inside vac hose and sealed with your hand. Will either suck in the little suckers or suck them to the tip of the pipe so you can pull them out.

sorry to hear bud, worst case scenario, take it to the dealership, ask for help, you wouldnt want to break anything but attempting to doing it yourself.

Well, it's funny, because the 1 suggestion was to pump the music, which I did TOO work today... but coming back, I completely forgot too... I pumped up the A/C and I couldn't hear anything.

The guy at Glasfit said that in most cases, it will just fall out by itself over time - so far it seems to have done this... that or I really just couldn't hear it.
