Gmail bottleneck

I have had no problems with gmail for over a month now. Since about 3pm today it is unusable either via pop or with the web interface. Here is the tracert. Anyone with an idea of what is wrong?
Setup is ipcop and iburst.

I have problem with part of international bandwidth. I have some program that updating prices (for stock exchange). Everything was fine till probabaly 14:00. And then it stoped updating. And still not working.
When I refresh it works for few minutes and then stop. But shouldn't be like that

I'm having problems with pop mail (international), MSN, Guild Wars and FTP.

Not sure about the iBurst side but its definitely not a general Gmail problem, been on it all day on ADSL with no problems.

Also had the same problems at work(new Iburst connection installed today) and at home (also Iburst connection), had problems with gmail and logmein and at home i had problems with streaming audio and everything is working now at the moment. finally downloaded my emails in outlook express
