Gnome 3.0: A fresher Linux desktop

cool, at least with the push back I wont feel like iv missed out on something it in the ubuntu LTR 10.04
 
Yay. I am more than happy with the functionality of the current gnome on Ubuntu 9.10. I just hope they make it look nicer! (Yes im a bling bling tert!) :-)
 
Surely any article discussing potential good lookingess without any pictures of said good lookingness is fail?
 
Can't wait till they finish. Used this shell replacement a while back and was very promising - makes things unbelievably simple to use.

I tend to agree with the first quote, but, as per the second, ill wait and see before passing judgement.
if it really sucks I can always switch to kubuntu

Methinkks we need an advertising campaign which tempts loyal Gnome users with the unthinkable. A free upgrade. If only so we don't feel like we giving into pressure from the Gnome Foundation.
