For R10 000 you can get a laptop with a discrete graphics card.

1-He wants fingerprint and webcam built in
2- must be good processor intel core 2
3- 250 gig hard drive
4- fairly good graphics although not a major thing
5- 2 gigs ram minimum

How about this one, its the only HP under R10k with a fingerprint reader - note that it is an AMD and several people on this forum have experienced problems (3 year warranty is an additional R1140).... R8500, would need to confirm price and availability....
