An update on this.... Amazon is simply incredible! I decided to write to them and inquire about the process of having it repaired so that I could sell it. I was 100% honest with them; told them that my 15-month old had probably dropped it, and I wanted to have it fixed. Long story short, Amazon are sending UPS to my office this week to collect the tablet, paying for shipping back to the US, and giving me a full refund.
Mind. Blown.
Easily the best service I've ever received from a retailer!
