Good riddance, Iburps

Hello all

It is with a very happy heart that I report that my Telkom line is being installed on Thursday this week. Once that is in, I shall be on ADSL and rid of this pestilence iBurps out of my life, forever.

I shall be closing my bank account also, as a precautionary measure. All and any bank accounts iBurps ever had access to, will be closed.

I have boycotted Telkom for the last 4 years. Unfortunately I have no other choice but to go back to the devil I know very well. I think I've put up enough with iBurps incompetence, shaping and theft out of my bank account, to justify this decision.

Whomever wants to buy my modems- this is how it is going to happen.
I will sell my spare modem, with immediate effect, for R500. First come first served. NO CHANCERS! The modem can be viewed at this link http://www.jnbtech.co.za/images/iburps_utd.jpg


When the ADSL line is in, the other modem will also be up for grabs, I will post here about it.

I am also taking down my iBurst support website. I am closing this chapter in my life.

Was that a voltage regulator I saw on the right hand side?
 
The ADSL went in today without hassle :)

Cheers guys, may you soon be rid of iBurps too :)

Goodbye to:

- packet loss
- authentication failure
- protocol shaping to the absolute extreme
- bank account raiding
- being billed for ficitious things
- incompetence
- excessive downtime during the day
- slow, crappy internet

UP YOURS IBURST!!!!!!
 
The hole ibust has dug for itself is so deep that I doubt they will ever be able to get sorted out, changing to qualified staff will help but even then it'll be a major task.
