Good service from Telkom

I hear many negative reports about telkom.

BUT. Last week I walked into a Dion Wired and ordered a new line. Yesterday Telkom arrive. New line installed, modem delivered. Everything up and working. So I'm impressed! Way to go telkom.

Lol I haven't got that far yet. I'm just impressed the line is there.
I'll do some speedtests later and reply with my findings.

Telkom installed my line within 4 days when I ordered - at the correct speed.

I agree, so much negativity toward Telkom, but I've had nothing but a great experience with them.

I've received nothing but great service from Telkom in the last 8 years. There was a patch where it took me months to get an issue sorted out but other than that I've been mightily impressed!

Shortly I'll be porting a Vodacom number over to Telkom mobile as their pricing is significantly better!!
