Good Setup-Top box ?

Hi.

Are there any good set-top boxes that would work well would a Sickrage library ( maybe runs a version of kodi ? ), and also supports netflix along with the ability to set the DNS server to use. Low power usage would be a bonus.

The MINIX Neo X range is pretty darn good and will fit all your needs.

I'd go for the X8 or the X8H Plus but the X7, X6 and X5 are all pretty darn great,

Yes it is ,but with KODI installed you have lots of addons ,which does nice stuff I can't mention here
