Why the am I still getting bandwidth reports ???
WTF Why is my account still active ???? ...I FSUKING CANCELLED !!! Get it right !
This is beyond a joke now .
Strike 1 . Iburst over november december 2009 totally unusable.
Strike 2 . Iburst CEO Jannie van Zyl promises option to go back to old packes as per here .
Iburst goes back on word and totally disregards non contract clients and refuses to give pay-per-month the option to go back to old package as promised . Ceo refuses to even comment and uses otrich-syndrome tactics.
Strike 3 . I cancell my account and iburst still doesnt close the account even after confirmed that it will be closed as per request end of february.
