Google apps transfer tokens?

Hi All,

so our company as a google apps reseller have X amount of domains under us, with X amount of users and X amount of email accounts

we just been asked by one of "our" clients to move off being partners with us and move to being on their own, and managing their own emails and paying for the service on their own account separate from us,

a bit of googling has revealed a "transfer" token needs to be booked,


so I wanted to find out here if anybody here knows how this needs to be done?
anybody done this before?
