Google Bard can now use your Maps and Gmail data

Google has updated its ChatGPT-like AI text generation tool Bard to support integration with several of its popular apps and services.

In a blog post about the update, Bard product management director Yury Pinksy explained the capability was enabled through Bard Extensions.

This sounds very innocent, but Google is already invading your privacy, they know everything about you. They change system setting and even switch your cameras on, on your computer and also your smartphone and they switch your microphone on to hear what you are saying, they already read your WhatsApp, Facebook and any other applications that you are using. They have your bank account, your balance and even when you go to the toilet. Women like to take their phone with them when they are naked in the bath, shower and even getting in and out of the bath/shower, stark naked. Why are they doing that, for their own entertainment? The same is happening in your bedroom and anywhere you have your Cell phone or computer. I have taken black tape and covered my cameras and all other settings have been disabled. this goes for Android and Ios. You have been warned, take action to protect your privacy. Google is the antichrist that the bible is warning us about. No-one should have the permissions they demand - be very careful, I have recent personal experience. Now, when I sign on to Gmail and YouTube, they insist to send me an OPT to prove that it is me signing on. What a devious way to take control of your cell and your life. Why is my password not sufficient? I am very unhappy and angry with their way of invading our privacy.

I can't stress enough how, frankly, retarded Bard is compared to other GPT services.
Personally I use Perplexity, it's free and is quite good IMO.

For example, this is a simple question in Bard.

It literally explains how to get the answer....and STILL gets it wrong.

Q: What is 9.36kN in kilograms.

A: 9.36 kN is equal to 9360 kg.
1 kilonewton (kN) is equal to 101.9716005 kilograms (kg). So to convert from kN to kg, we multiply by 101.9716005.
In this case, we have 9.36 kN, so we would multiply that by 101.9716005 to get 9360 kg.

9.36 x 101 is 9360 ?????????????????????
