Google Chrome 57 to reduce CPU load

Google has announced that Chrome 57 will throttle individual background tabs by limiting the timer fire rate for background tabs using excessive power.

Can you change away from the material design or at least make the text in the address bar bigger? Also the \/ tabs makes it feel like the page title has less text.

The firefox text just seems so much more legible to me, yet if I look at the image, the Chrome text is bigger. (didn't resize, just cut-paste on a 1080p screen.)

I installed Chrome on a machine running lubuntu it's a dual core 2.8Ghz 4GB DDR2 ram.

You can run chrome with 4 tabs or Firefox with 19 million point 4 tabs without issue
