Google Chrome Language, UK?

I'm using Google Chrome v4.0.223.16 but it seems to be defaulting to US english seeing I get the red underlines for words with UK/SA spellings. How do I change the language to UK/SA english?

Btw. My WinXP global settings for language are correct.
