Google drive mounted in Windows/Linux

You guys, have started an idea, at the back of my head, a cloud account, connected to a RPi ( my DC UPS can support a RPi during Load Shedding ).

Put some content up, and can access from tablet, or cellphone during load shedding.

So for me it just keeps going up but the base 5TB stays there.

For new accounts I'm not too sure if they will enforce the limit but I saw on reddit some people complain that the limit is enforced.

Gsuite no more gives you unlimited bud Google is now limiting to $20 a user and each user have 5tb space.

So what I did, I signed up to Microsoft developer program created my own SharePoint, intranet and team, every 3 months my subscription gets auto renewed, the developer program gives you 25 free licenses and 3 extra licenses to create and each license have maximum of 5tb, I then setup rclone and connected my one drives from each user after that I mapped plex to the drives.

Where are you mounting? Windows pc?

Yes windows pc, I got my rclone in c:\rclone

Easiest way is run it as a service.

I assume you already have https://github.com/winfsp/winfsp installed because you mount manually. If not install that.

Download this https://nssm.cc/download and put the nssm.exe file in the rclone directory.

in command prompt/terminal app/powershell cd to c:\rclone

nssm install

Service name you can call it anything

path = rclone.exe file

argument is the mount command you use with all the flags

Install service. Now open windows task manager and click the services tab. Search for the service name you just created and right click and start. If it runs everything is working as it should and will start when windows starts. If it fails check the argument you entered. You can use nssm to edit and delete these services or create more mounts.

Rnewed again as long you keep doing small things like creating a team, SharePoint etc it will always get renewed

You need a legacy account unfortunately. They started applying the hard caps on new accounts.

I have a very legacy account....back when it was free...but i suppose upgrading it will not give me the unlimited drive?
My plan was to sign up a new domain and keep my free one....free.
