I posted this in the usefull apps thread as well because I think it is a useful App with no mention there I could see.

Google Keep seems like a very useful App so I installed it on my BlackBerry Priv earlier. Is it supposed to upload new notes to my Google Drive automatically and keep files in sync?

In the mean time I have been doing much research and testing, but did not find an answer yet.

I see one can click upload to drive, but then there are duplication of files. I don't see options to configure synchronisation?

drive.google.com/keep

What's some of Keep's cool features compared to like Evernote?
Not sure yet, but I did not use Evernote that much. I like the Google Keep integration with Drive so no need for more third party apps.

I also just started with Keep and I liked how accurate it was when I dictated a note. There might have been 1 typo.

I use it quite a lot for small things like keeping a shopping list synchronised between my wife and I, or to do lists. It can remind you to do something at a certain time or location.

I use Evernote for the bigger things, keeping pdf's etc.

drive.google.com/keep
Yes I went to keep.google.com earlier, but the point is that the Android App where one does everything such as taking notes, voice note, pictures etc., does not synchronise with Drive automatically unless I'm missing something. There are no sync settings within the app.

Else I will have to be happy with the "Copy to Google Doc" button.

Keep synchronises with Keep on the web. I think, though could be wrong, that the Copy to Google Doc option is just to start editing that note in a better editing environment ie Google Docs.

Look under settings>accounts and see if Google Keep syncing is turned on.

Ok thanks. Yes when I opened keep.google.com, my stuff was there already

Yes it is, but Docs is off. Maybe I should work with more and give it more time.

For shared shopping lists, OurGroceries is really good.
