Google Map Maker comes to South Africa

This is all nice and well, but I want the ability to add friends and family's houses on my maps and not share it. Like a personal layer for google maps. I know you can save the information in your contacts details but that is not always the best way to do things in my opinion.

But I welcome this. Atleast our maps will be updated to better suite our needs.

As far as I know you can do this:

In Google Maps go to My Places > Create New Map and under Privacy and sharing settings select Unlisted
