So, a few days of running 4.4.2 (and accidentally wiping my device during the flashing process), but I really am impressed by it. The battery life is far improved from 4.3, the animations and smoothness of the new version are even more improved over 4.3 (didn't think it would be possible), and I am a fan of the refreshed design.
I do have a few issues though:
All in all, I am happy enough with it to keep it as my daily ROM. I have already sold it in anticipation of my Nexus 5 arriving, so stock will see me over until then.
I do have a few issues though:
- A few apps don't work on this version yet- MX Player being the notable one for me.
- Not sure if this is related to this specific version or not, but root seems to be wonky- certain apps' root permissions work fine, others do not.
- This isn't really 4.4.2 specific, but I do miss the customisable toggles from my previous ROM.
All in all, I am happy enough with it to keep it as my daily ROM. I have already sold it in anticipation of my Nexus 5 arriving, so stock will see me over until then.

The custom toggles is also something I dearly miss. Now I have to click an extra option every time I want to activate it deactivate.

Now that I think about it, there must be an Xposed module for it... I'll have to find that out.

My N4 camera sux too... Recently acquired the N5, huge difference. Still running stock Rom on the 5 but its unlocked and rooted. The 4 is on OmniRom.

My nexus 4 was stolen about 3 months ago. Today somebody turned the phone on and i was able to track it via device manager. At first i was excited, but then i saw that my beautiful nexus 4 is in Lagos, Nigeria.
Locked and cleared my phone, dont think there is any chance that i will recover it...

I was told before that stolen devices get sent across the border... Guess that this is true.
