I have no idea why the throttling is set to 60 Degrees :-/. The S3 only throttles at 80.

Should have my note 2 delivered today . If they just gave it an SD card slot i would have bought it, the community would have fixed the throttling issues i would think.

Going from bad to worse, it seems...
Will wait for the rush to die down a bit and then try to have friend buy again from us play store. (depending when they will have stock again!)

i only have one contact in Canada that can maybe help out, but it's a stretch...
Im due for upgrade in a month, and can probably wait a month or so thereafter before i really need a new phone (desire is getting wonky), but all the buy&ship solutions (if you dont have friends doing it) are immensely expensive - thus negating the savings on this phone...
