Google Nexus 4

Let me correct all of you.

MTN and Vodacom are using the 1800MHz band.
Cell C are using the 2100MHz band. This is also known as band 4 (1700/2100AWS) , which the nexus 4 supports. The nexus 4 does not have quadband LTE it would make the phone a bit more bulky.

As far as I know, none of our carriers have come out with a commercial 4G offering (HSPA+ doesn't count IMO).

TL;DR - Cell C is the only operator in SA which will support the Nexus 4s LTE radio. If its good enough I may do a sim swap to Cell C
 
Guys i want to get a Esquire membership,to buy a nexus 4
But when i sign up using my mbb username...it just says thank you and i do not receive a confirmation email.

Please Help
 
Yes i did....When i completed registration it just says "thank You". ??
But i don't receive any confirmation email.
 
The registrations are handled by hand. They are not automated AFAIK. You did choose a busy time to register. But when I registered I got a confirmation within 30minutes. I registered like 2 weeks ago roughly.

In the same situation as you. Registered a while ago and never heard back. Perhaps you need a certain level of standing on mybroadband?
 
Anyone found a decent vehicle dock? Just tried the universal Samsung dock and it fits perfectly. Window mount though and I'd prefer dash mount.

What dash is this? I heard the Infuse 4G dock works perfect but we didnt get the Infuse 4G in SA. Im looking for a Window mounted dock for maps..
 
Guys i finally got reply and then i registered on the site with my new org name that they game.
So i was wondering that is it possible that i use my uncles VAT number when purchasing goods?
Also will he have to pay any extra amount is i do that?

No bumpers unfortunately .. but will try to get some in the new year..
