If you install the beta play services you should get the update quicker. Pretty much on release day.

You can also just install the latest Google play services APK manually then reboot and the update should show.

Anyone here can remember if Oreo 8.0 also had the adaptive brightness bug? The adaptive brightness bug is seriously starting to get to me. And since the overlay over the notification bar etc has been disabled on oreo, even 3rd party auto brightness apps don't work fully.

April update rolled in for me. I've had pretty decent SOT with March's build, ranging from 6-8 hours. Hope April's update doesnt break it.

You'll have a hard time finding any of that locally. Amazon is your friend.

Go to vodacom and ask them to cut screen ones for you, they can do 2 different thickness and I used the thin one. Works very well. They can do the front and back.

I got one for my phone when I got it but the bumper kept pinching it. Plus it just felt weird.

The spigen liquid crystal is my favourite so far, it's not too heavy and looks good.
For more rugged but a bit heavy protection I used the Incipio DualPro.

For glass screen protector I liked the amFilm tempered glass. I've ordered some IQ Shield non glass protectors because the amFilm cracked last week.

It's all on Amazon but shipping is a no apparently, so had to use own shipping methods.
