Google Street View and anonymity

A Swiss court has ruled that Google Inc. must guarantee anonymity before publishing faces and license plates in its Street View service in Switzerland.

I actually found myself on the street view standing in front of my offices lol please remove it Google!!

I don't see why. When you are in a public place everybody can see you anyway, take photos or record your license plate details if they wanted to.

I think it's in case you get seen walking into a Swiss bank with a big hessian bag..
