I agree, but I've never considered a tablet to be a tool for productivity. I've tried, I really have (Windows, iOS and Android, personally I have the Note 10.1" 2014 Edition), but for any decent work I end up having to cart my laptop around as well. I consider a tablet to be more of a toy than a workhorse.

Have the same Android device. Also find it's not really geared towards being a device for "productivity". Nice to watch movies and play games on it, though

That's probably my main purpose for it. You try lying on your back with your SO half on top of you while watching something on a laptop, I challenge you.

Well, get your SO FULLY on top of you for a while. Some time thereafter, you'll magically be able to watch in peace

It isn't, but it does a much better job than most of the other tablets I've tried. The S-Pen and multiwindow multitasking make it a far better contender than, for example, the iPad (at least in my experience).

That comes afterwards, I'm generally not the one wanting to watch something on a tablet at that time
