i have heard stories from two sources of google planning to construct a cable down the west coast as part of a larger cable system and as a necessary further step in global domination
there is clearly some substance to this

...but it all seems very quiet (maybe they don't want the Minister to hear about it

there was further talk that participants would agree to tithe 10% of the capacity to research networks...
anyone know anything?
