I have it too - zooms in pretty well. Too bad the Americans don't care much for SA. Only a few cities in SA have detail - but I can see my house :-)

Very nice app - will give it 4.5 stars :-)

be careful and ensure you back up your cache. It has a nasty habit of disapearing from time to time. then you have to start from scratch again

Cool App. Cape town maps are from 2003. It was a very specific period between my house and my neighbours house being built. Mine's there the neighbours isn't :)

i tried it last week, very nice app. problem is most of jhb is very blurry, durbs is abit clear though. oh well, it can only improve. PS: the union buildings looks great

Just beware,
It does appear to chew the Bandwidth a bit. Almost half a G in 4 hours.
Pretoria also seems to be well defined upto 3000 ft.

I have spent some time on it today 6 hours to be exact and now I get a connection error saying check my firewall and my internet connection. Do you think IBurst will sink so low to block access to this site?

Does anyone else have the same problem right now, maybe their servers are down?

hooo big brother is watching. As far as I can remember you are not on iBurst so you won't have the answer that I am looking for, right?

Google earth is working just fine right now with iBurst as I just checked a min ago.

Glimli, maybe you used up all your bandwidth over those 6hrs and now you could be capped.

Strange, mine has been fine up to about an hour ago, can do anything else, everything works fine, except connecting with the google earth software? I have also read their support pages and they recon my firewall or a proxy is blocking my access. It is not my firewall, so it probably iBurst.
