Yeah, that doesn't look like gout to me...

Go to the doctor.. if its Gout they will prescribe Colchicine or something like it to control the symptoms.

How do you know it's red wine?

Some people are lucky to know what triggers gout. I am not one of those people.

If you speak to a GP, it's generally proteins that cause gout. It's not that what you eat is sour or acidic.

I've heard that causes heartburn for many people, never gout. It just shows you how many different triggers there are for different people.

I didn't say it's fake, I said there are just so many things that trigger different people. For your boss, it's tomatoes.
