Government creates tech dictionary

Nice, maybe now the DoC will start to understand what is actualy going on around them, or perhaps thats just to much to hope for.

It's actually not the DoC - there are a number of highly-competent individuals working there. The problem lies with the politico's and the Ministerial office...
 
Can only comment regarding the DoC - internally, yes, though I wouldn't call it a wiki in the true sense of the word. Moves are afoot to enhance their capabilities in this regard, with emphasis on document management, workflow and similar good things. For public postings, no, though there is nothing stopping you from sending an emailed comment to them...
