Government plan to cut data prices

I don't believe this is going to happen.
Whisky went up...
Petrol is going up....
Tax is going up....
Rent is going up...
Medical aid contribution is, yes, up...
Everything is going up, how is data going to be able to go down??

Although......my pay stagnates...

Next year the Whisky and tax will go up again, because they'll have to bail out, whom ever they got to cut data prices.

If they do something about the fact some people do not pay for services rendered to them, we will have a different budget speech but this will not happen soon!

The only tangible item I picked up from the article is the roaming agreement side, this could be really good for everyone, but especially the smaller guys.

I hope it extends to being allowed to share spectrum in some circumstances. i.e. you can do roaming and agree to use one set of radios.
