MtN is sloooow!
{I tried Virgin today as well - NO GPRS AT ALL!}

Did they pay the bill or have we done another Zim. Pass me another banana;)

Was waiting for this thread. Mondaymorning and it is still very slow. Struggle to even download my mails. MTNDD help, or is the whole techie dept of MTN on leave?

GPRS stability depends alot on the signal you're getting from the service provider. If you have a poor signal, it's likely that your GPRS will also be poor, resulting in loss of connectivity and extremely slow speeds.

Ok, I take that this thread is actually a report of a major MTN network failure where previously stable signals degraded to the extent that GPRS became disfunctional at a number of locations...;)

hey, i thought it was just me but its a relief to see that its a network related problem. still sucks though.:mad:

My connection is fast, very fast today, yeah I guess it's because I'm on ADSL, what do you guys think? :D
