Hi.
I cant get grabit to automatically start downloading once the program is opened, and the main problem is that if there is more than one thing downloading it will stop at the next batch. I have to manually choose the server again for it to carry on, only for it to stop at the next batch again. Its a problem when there is stuff that is in the queue

Anyone know how to fix this?, iv tried googling, and it seems like this problem is rare, and i cant find a solution.

thanks

Rather get newsbin. around R300 gets you the software with updates. Great R300 spent

Take a look at Alt.binz as well. There's a free version out that looks a bit dated, but is fully functional (even on windows 7) and beats the pants off Grabit.

http://sabnzbd.org/ problem solved.
Its free by the way.. and has remote management via port forwarding

I would second that.
Whats great about sabnzbd is that it intelligently checks to see if you need to download any par files, and then if required downloads only those blocks that it requires.

Get it - and it is for free

ok thanks guys, i reckon i am going to have to change to another news reader, cause i cant find a fix for this now. And there is no ways i am formatting my pc just for that.

thanks anyways.

nah i also thought it was that problem, but its a different one. when i start the program up, i have to choose the server, i cant just retry the batch, and if i have lots of nzb's loaded in the same time, it stops on each completed nzb. so i have to keep choosing the server to start the next one. i cant even leave it over night. so thats a problem for me..ahha
